BCMHA has partnered with Experience Travel for our upcoming Fall Fling Tournament as our official accommodations provider. The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the combination of good volunteers and partnerships established with our sponsors.

This tournament has a STAY to PLAY Requirement. Any team whose home rink is more than 110 kms from the tournament home/main rink will be considered an out-of-town team and required to comply with BMHA STAY to PLAY hotel policies and procedures. The distance from the club's home rink to the tournament rink will be measured using Google Maps' fastest route. Please note that all travelling teams and parents are required to book their accommodations through our designated partner Experience Travel to ensure a smooth tournament experience. This is a Stay to Play event, and any team or parent who does not comply with this directive may be denied entry into the tournament. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our tournament's logistics.  Experience Travel has secured blocks at the participating host hotels so be sure to contact them early to book your teams.

Once your team has been moved to a Confirmed status from Accepted status Experience Travel will reach out to the contacts listed on your registration application.

There are NO FEES for using Experience Travel as our booking partner.  Experience Travel donates a portion of the sales back to BCMHA to help run our tournaments and keep the costs down for you.  Thank You for your support!
